Rabix Composer overview

Rabix Composer is the tool and workflow editor from the Seven Bridges Rabix (Reproducible Analyses for Bioinformatics) Suite. It allows you to browse and edit tools and workflows using a GUI graph view or a Common Workflow Language (CWL) code view.

We suggest you start by reading the introduction to Rabix and Rabix Composer which explains some important concepts, then learn how to install and configure Rabix Composer.

Rabix Composer basics gives you an overview of the UI and introduces the tool and workflow editors. After that, you can read more about the the workflow editor and try a workflow editor tutorial.
