Estimated reading time: Less than one minute

Rabix is an open-source development project for creating and running computational workflows. It was founded by Seven Bridges with the goal of empowering researchers and developers to easily run reproducible analyses at scale.

The Rabix Executor is used to run workflows described using the Common Workflow Language (CWL). It is currently runnable from the command line and is suitable for local testing and development.

We suggest you start by reading the Quickstart which provides installation instructions and a short tutorial on how to use Rabix Executor. Then, you can learn more about available commands and options, configuration parameters and the folder structure. Finally, you can take a look at our tutorial on setting up Rabix Executor with a TES server.
